These Terms and Conditions constitute a contractual and legally binding agreement between the Client and Slots Gallery.

Each Client’s account is created for personal use only. It must not be used for professional or commercial purposes. For any access to the account by unauthorized users, the platform bears no personal responsibility. Thus, due to the incorrect use of the password by any punter for unauthorized access to the profile, the platform is not liable for any damage caused to the punter.
Opening a Slots Gallery account
The Client has the right to have only one betting account. By creating multiple accounts, you run the risk of losing absolutely all of your accounts, at Slots Gallery’s sole discretion.

The availability of the documents must be confirmed by their photo and the date of issue (the date must be indicated on the document). The Client must enclose the digits of the card number as well as provide the three-digit security code in case Slots Gallery asks the Client to provide a photo of the credit card.
All Client activities on the website owned by Slots Gallery prior to the completion of the initial registration check may be terminated unilaterally by the bookmaker. How to place bets with Slots Gallery?

The Client accepts full responsibility for the provision that Slots Gallery provides real money bets via the Website. When placing a bet with Slots Gallery, the Client pays real money for the bet.
The Client’s account is funded in real currency. The Client has the full right to pay out their bet only after the account has been funded. The Client should be aware that Slots Gallery is not a financial institution and will not pay any interest on the money deposited.
Slots Gallery reserves the right to withhold funds for the payment of bets placed by the Client.
The Client is fully aware that:

Slots Gallery shall have the exclusive right to debit the Client’s account with an administrative fee if, for any reason, the Client has not carried out any transactions on the Portal for twelve consecutive months. Withdrawals will be made as long as the account balance remains positive.
Slots Gallery has the right to set the maximum value of the Client’s individual bets, including different values for the different games and products available on the Portal, as well as different values for the same products and services, depending on whether they are used as part of a special offer.
If the data on events, such as date, time, result, etc., does not match data from different sources, the betting company suspends payment of winnings until a single piece of information is settled. In addition, if there is a discrepancy between official data and TV broadcast data, the company may refer to the latter’s announcement to establish winnings.
If the player refuses to play before the start of the match, then the sum of the winning odds will be equal to 1. If bets are placed, and the match is postponed, then all previously placed bets will be considered valid until the end of the match.
How to deposit with Slots Gallery?
Funding of the account is only possible through the use of payment accounts belonging to the Client, registered in his/her name. In all other cases, the Client shall have the right to reject all payments from third-party payment accounts.
The Client reserves the right to determine the minimum amount to be deposited into the betting account, or in other words, the minimum amount that can be deposited through a single payment transaction. The company also has the right to resort to collection services to return the money. All responsibility for unauthorized use of the Client’s credit would lie with the owner, even if the Client reported a theft of their credit cards.
How to withdraw with Slots Gallery?
The Client may withdraw funds from the Account using any of the methods provided in the “Withdrawal of funds” section of the official website, at the time of payment, observing all Slots Gallery conditions.
For anti-fraud and anti-money laundering purposes, the Client understands and accepts that once the Client deposits funds into the Account created, the Client will not be able to withdraw an identical deposit until the wagering requirements described below are met. - The Client has several accounts;
- The Client with the account is under 18 years of age;

- The Client has behaved suspiciously at another online gambling establishment.

The company reserves the right to limit the Client’s playing privileges or deny membership to a potential Client for the reasons mentioned above.
